Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ordayn (the "Service"), a personal discipline application offering habits, to-dos, goals, challenges, rewards, finance tracking, a codex of notes, meditation, health, and a planning assistant. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Ordayn. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you enter into Ordayn — habits, to-dos, goals, finance entries, codex notes, health entries, and any other content (your "Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, sync, back up, and display your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malware, spam, or any content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated means to create accounts or interact with the Service in disruptive ways.

5. Notifications and reminders

If you enable reminders, you consent to receive push notifications on the devices you have authorized. You can disable them at any time from your device or browser settings.

6. Offline mode and data syncing

Ordayn supports offline use. Changes you make offline are queued and synced when you reconnect. We use reasonable efforts to preserve and reconcile your data, but we cannot guarantee that conflicts or device clock differences will never cause data loss. Keep your own backups of anything truly critical.

7. Finance, Health, and Planning content

Ordayn's finance tracking, health entries, meditation guidance, and planning assistant are provided for personal organization and reflection only. They are not financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that warrant one.

8. Rewards, gold, and challenges

Any in-app rewards, gold balances, streaks, or challenge points have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion (for example, to fix bugs or prevent abuse).

9. AI features

Some features may use third-party AI models to generate suggestions or summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. Do not submit sensitive personal data into AI-powered fields unless you are comfortable with it being processed by our model providers.

10. Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions.

11. Pricing

Ordayn is currently free to use. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; if they are, you will be informed of the price and terms before being charged. Features available for free today may move to a paid plan with reasonable notice.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will be permanently preserved.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordayn and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Ordayn is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
